Advent of the [Pirates]

Defining Architectural Possibilities Through Fiction

The thesis investigates the potential of augmented reality as a transformative force that interactively informs architecture, thus rendering the design process no longer exclusively a conscious and intentional act.

This is an architecture thesis by Sern Hong Yu, a recent Master of Architecture graduate from SCI-Arc (2007). Although graduated, he seeks to develop the thesis to make it practical and adaptable to real life society.

He gives credit to his thesis adviser, Rob Ley. The video is done with the editing prowess of Jessie Madrid and his video team. Great job!
